If you plan on building a climate control building over 10,000 sq ft you will need to install a sprinkler suppression system.  That system will need to be monitored by a UL Commercial Fire system.  If your building is two stories with an elevator then you will need elevator recall to meet the building & fire code.  We can help you with these unique fire alarm and elevator recall needs.
